The Maine APA Pays Out more than any other league, Almost $150,000 Annually to Maine pool players!
Our Local team championship(LTC) or State Finals are called; "Vegas Qualifiers" These tournaments are the final step in getting to a national tournament in Las Vegas.
The teams who make it to this point have made some money throughout the year in their local divisions. Once a team qualifies for the 8 Ball or 9 Ball Vegas Qualifier they are guaranteed some additional money with the ultimate prize of winning a trip to the Nationals.
The Maine APA paid out $90,000 to local divisions throughout Maine this past league year. We had a cash payout at our Vegas Qualifiers of over $15,000 and we are sending seven (7) 8 Ball and 9 Ball teams to the National Tournaments in August. All expenses paid.
We are also sending to Vegas 8 Ball Doubles, 9 Ball Doubles and Tripleplay Masters teams. PLUS; Players already went to Vegas this past April for the National Singles for 8 ball and 9 ball and also the Jack and Jill Doubles Championships.
All that brings Maine's total payout to almost $150,000 locally. Add that to the over $1.5 Million paid out at National APA Tournaments and Events Annually and you can see why the Maine APA and the APA are #1 respectively.
